Guest guest
Carolyn, Do you have a favorite Janis? I think I saw 2 or 3 that are available online at stores I shop at (ie stores that don't charge 20 dollars to ship 1 dvd overseas lol) I'm debating:) If the workout is good the pep doesn't bother me as much. It’s the combo of a workout that is nothing spectacular and the peppy instruction that bothers me. Inane comments bother me sometimes (like when they put supermodels on workouts and they say things like this is harder when you have long legs like me, that one line in Gym Style Back, Shoulders and Biceps where Cathe says Oh you're soo strong is pretty stupid too:) I think I've only actually tried one Kathy workout and I couldn't get into it. I don't know why because it wasn't a bad workout. I love kickboxing though so maybe I'll have to see if I can find it cheap or preview it somehow. Re: favorite intermdiate floor cardio work?
