Guest guest
I didn't know there was such a place here in little Clinton, TN but sure enough, there is. I have never in my life paid $7.00 for one quart of apple cider vinegar but I did this time but out by Bragg and it's organic, raw and unfiltered with the 'mother'. Must be the expensive mother in there and it better be a attentative one. I also got some raw honey. The label says Estate Grown, Wee Bee Honey and the lable says it's pesticide free apiary. That was $10.00 and then the MSM and that too was $10 for 90 capsules at 750 mg. This one has MSM as well as turmeric, boswellia and devil's claw, what ever those last two are. I figured if I had to pay that I may as well have a little bundle in one capsule. So, I'll be taking one 750 mg of MSM twice a day for a while and build it slowly over time. How much time? I was hoping someone here could tell me. Question about the vinegar: The label says it doesn't need to be refrigerated. Is that true, even with the mother in there? Who plants a seed beneath the sod and waits to see, believes in God.ExoticPetsGardening
