Oh, I hadn’t looked them up enough to find out they’re made with soy! I assumed the mushrooms were responsible!

I’m not a big fan of pasta (it’s okay, but if I never have it again, I won’t notice), but I was curious about a product claiming to be “all fiber, no caloriesâ€.

 Don't know these, but then I stay away from tofu.

One slice of soy oil "cheese" and I get pain in the innards. And it doesn't go away for a loooooong time.
