I eat hot peppers all the time, and I'm pretty good at sweating [got a degree in it] but haven't lost any weight from it.

Me too and I think it's because of what I eat WITH the peppers!

If you eat nothing but peppers. You should get your funeral arrangements

taken care of. You need a balanced diet, with hot peppers added in.

Unfortunately, there is no magic recipe or pill, that will help us lose

weight. It just takes will power.

I know there are ways to change your metabolism threw diet. I'm not sure how, i don't have to worry about that. I'm 6'1" and weight 158 lbs. soaking wet, you will have to do some research.
