Guest guest
I was told that rls is almost 100% a magnesium deficiency and it has helped me . Also it's been my personal experience that a lot of carbs and sugar will instigate the rls. There's a homeopathic remedy called Restful Legs by Hyland (nci) that really works well. As a plus, it always helps with insomnia. hth, Sanr I also have Restless Leg Syndrome or RLS. I've been told to take horse chestnut and butcher's broom, which improve overall venous circulation, and Ginkgo biloba, which improves arterial and capillary circulation. I am currently taking horse chestnut and have had no help there. I will slowly add the other two alternative meds and see where that gets me.
