Guest guest
When I had a heel spur, my doctor made a cast for my foot. I put it on whenever I rested--including all night. The effect was immediate. The other thing was arch support in my shoes. I tried the gel heel pads, but the real help came in elevating the arches which takes pressure off the tendon causing the pain. Thanks for all the messages on toenail pain. It is currently feeling better on its own. in KS
Guest guest
Years ago when I twisted my foot and broke the ligaments, the only thing that healed it was to put my foot in hot water (the hottest I could tolerate) for about 15 minutes every day for some time. It really helped me and I highly recommend it. I didn't know about the healing properties of castor oil at this time, but today I would apply this oil after the foot bath. Guest guest
When I had a heel spur, I eliminated dairy and my calcium pills and it eventually went away. I was getting too much calcium. Guest guest
Wood states in his book of Herbal wisdom on pg. 400 Quote: " I have used it (S.S.) dozens of times to correct bone spurs. These are usually the result of tensions on the muscles and tendons, causing unatural pressure and hence, overgrowth of the bony tissues. 's Seal corrects the tensions and the spurs disappear. It has cured bunions as well. " Unquote. Sanr My firend has a heel spur and alot of inflamation in her foot for about 8 months..
