Guest guest Posted February 1, 2011 Report Share Posted February 1, 2011 Hi,My fruit trees are getting overloaded with fresh peaches and Nectarines and would like some advise on how to can them and dehydrate them. I don't have a canner and only have regular garden variety jars, I do have a pressure cooker and a dehydrater, which I would like to know about times on how long they should be dehydrated for.
