Guest guest
HI Great that your friend can get LDN. Did she get this through a rheumatologist? And if so where is this rare saint? Be careful though to research Methotrexate(an immune dampener) in combination with LDN(an immune modulator). I have heardit over and over here that the 2 should not be mixed. Good luck to her! Guest guest
I have a meeting with the superintendent of the school my Granddaughters attend on Monday. I have prepared a PowerPoint presentation for him. My main question will be, why doesn't the school personal inform parents they have a choice, backed with an argument that school personal nor nurses have any business encouraging operations on other peoples children. I have also decided to start making appointments with as many Principals as I can. I am going to let these people know about their responsibility to the parents, not to the allopath.Their business is to teach not prescribe drugs or operations. I will tell them that I have many with me now and the letters and calls will be coming in if they still lie. Keep in mind folks that these people are trained and experts in the art of instilling fear and intimidation. The way to prepare yourself is simply practice saying no in front of a mirror. Look yourself in the eye. Develop a look that means it won't happen to you or your kids. Practice saying with a voice that is soft but serious, sorry but that's not going to happen. Or scream back if that's you. Imagine some power hungry nurse or school official screaming at you at the top of their lungs, saying YOU HAVE TO TAKE THIS SHOT OR ELSE. When you can maintain your look, voice, and eyes that all say no way ,you will have effectively called their bluff, and that's what they thrive on. The more times you say it the more power you will feel. Better yet role play with your spouse or friend. These people are all bluff. I know because I have called their bluff many times. No one is coming to your door with a gun. That's nonsense. Jim Been there done that. ________________________________ From: " wharrison@... Guest guest
Don't forget to mention that those who get the vaccine will be protected so it shouldn't matter what someone else does. If they come at you with it's not guaranteed to work so everyone needs to get it for herd immunity, all the more reason for them not to insist people take a risk. Guest guest
...Wow , if your ICD lasted 7 years, you were indeed fortunate!! They had me expecting 5-8 year battery life, but mine conked out after only 3.5 (after 0 zaps). Sounds like you experienced no complications with your procedure, so continued good luck to you!! ....We were just looking at an old Tucson map yesterday (almost 2500 miles from here) - lots of sight-seeing opportunites apparently, but heard on CNN that the spring-breakers are being encouraged by the state department to stay away from the border-towns again this year - for their own safety. Hope things aren't as bad they seem down there. We're hoping to visit next year. ........ & V, Rochester, NY............... > after waiting amonth i finally got my new ICD replacement. dont feel any different tho. was hopping i would have more energy. might need to be fine tuned lol. Had to go to the VA in Tucson, hell of a hospital. went in at 7am and was out by 1130 after going thru recovery and then on my way home. Never saw my Ep doc the last thing i remember was someone telling me he would be right in, lights out lol. Anyway am glad i finally got my new unit hopefully it will be good for another 7 years. Oh they gave me my old unit so since i do wood carving am gonna carve a heart and put the old unit somewhere in it for display, i know alittle goofy but a good reminder. well hope everyone is doing well and Bill keep up the funnies i really enjoy reading them. Peace to all. john in az >
Guest guest
, The VA Hospital in Albuquerque has changed significantly over the years. Going back ten years, most of the staff were abrasive, non-caring, and just plain nasty. The current personnel are extremely pleasant, helpful, and just plain nice. The docs are caring, available and very competent. I get the best of care there. The medical section chiefs are professors at the University Hospital, and are up on the latest techniques. The testing equipment is state of the art. The current administrator at the Albuquerque VAMC ensures that all the vets are treated with respect, and that they get the best of treatment. I think the administrator's attitude carries over to all of the personnel. So, if you are ever in Albuquerque and need treatment at the VAMC, you can be confident that you will be happy with the service that you get there.
