Way cool Ev!!! I survived two kids in high school and now I work in a technical high school culinary arts program! I have 50 teenagers everyday and they all have knives!!!

~~~~Oh, ye gods!
I've camped in Alaska in the winter! I've lived in the mountains of Washington state for a summer. I would very much like to walk the Pacific Crest Trail in the next five years.
~~~~The DH and I have discussed Yellowstone in winter, but haven't got there yet.

I would LOVE to go wildcrafting with you Ev. Foraging is one of my most beloved activities in the wild. I have some lovely chantrelles I gathered this weekend. Having them for dinner with WILD Alaska salmon tonight.

~~~~Used to find tomatillos all over around here, but I haven't seen any in a while, and it's been some time since I've been able to wander very far afield.
I remember finding the teeniest strawberries in the nat'l forest. So very bitty they made me laugh! I left them for the birds or squirrels, I guess whoever got there first...
