thank you for this explanation Sparrow.

I am not diabetic - or at least I do not think so - but I eat tons of

fats between nuts, butter, oils etc...

every morning soaked almonds and walnuts. The walnuts alone are so

rich and satisfying.

and tons of fruits . And we just got a wonderful juicer.

so it is fresh apple juice every morning and then use the pulp for

cookies, mixed with coconut milk

I will pay attention, see if reducing the fat helps my health. I am

afraid to feel starved though. You know, when your tummy is full, and

you are still hungry? you look for something to appease you? generally

it is fat for me.

When I know that my stomach is full but I'm hungry. I slap myself and

say, " Knock it off! " . I think it comes from, when I was a little boy. Mom

was always feeding me. When I cleared the table, I ate the leftovers. I

was always eating I was so heavy at 19 that I couldn't pass the physical

to join the Air Force. But they had a special new program that they were

trying. They took a bunch if chubbies like me and made us run everyday,

in addition to stuff that a new recruits do. Not everybody made it. I

almost didn't. I threw up almost every day, but they got the fat off of

me.
