Why does eating wheat sprouts affect my thyroid area?

I eat the whole sprout: roots, seed and grass. I eat it when the grass is just a

green bulge and seed is liquified inside.

My neck feels full in the thyroid area, I especially feel it when I look down. I

never felt this before and I am in my 30's. What is the wheatgrass doing?

Overstimulating my lymphatic system or understimulating it?

I have been told that barley stimulate the lymph system. Is it the same in

wheat.

I also feel my skin holds more moisture.

I have tried seaweed for a little relief in my neck with the tightness swelling

issue. However, I don't want to rely on seaweed.

Can you overdo wheatgrass? Would it be something that is reserved for particular

times?

I will look forward to your response.
