If you are trying to treat cancer or lyme diseaes,...or even candida,...I have some very serious comments to make. CANCER Raising alkalinity for cancer is a good goal. However, by way of diet can take 60 days. It has been proven that increase in cellular alkalinity increases cell absorbtion of oxygen. Cancer cells repell oxygen due to the nature of membrane potential. Oxygen is brought into cells via calcium channel but calcium cannot enter cancer cells. This has been proven and I will post the link which proves all that I am saying. Also, some fruits can raise blood sugars, this isn't helping beat cancer at all and in fact speeds it up,... CA., will ferment as much sugar as you want to give it because it can't burn glucose using oxygen. So what happens is that you increase your cancer's metabolic rate with glucose raising fruits and before you body becomes alkaline you can literally double the size of your tumor by the time your ph is where you want it. This is like swimming upstream. Also, ph isn't really the issue in cancer! Yes! It's the metalic salts you are taking which make all the difference. Lighter salts don't enter cancer cells and is why cancer maintains lower ph as it makes lactic acid and then uric acid, (a biproduct) so baking soda uses sodium as the metalic salt in the buffer! Sure, you can slow down spread of cancer with baking soda protocols but it does very little to reverse the anaerobic process that cancer has proven to exploit. (Warburg/Koch/Brewer) So, if you have cancer you must use heavier salts that can cross membrane and change the electrical potential from negative potential to possitive. Silver, magnesium, potassium, cesium, rubidium, volcanic salts, phosphate salts all have demonstrated mixed efficacy in cancer via cell lines, animal studies, clinical trials. Mixed results with low toxicity is far better than any cancer center can do!!!!! So don't try to raise body ph with fruits if you have cancer,...instead use cesium carbonate, silver and silica colloids, (ALK-V6) potassium salts, etc. Once you have reached your ph targets then change your diet to life style of higher alkalinity. Cutting out sugar should be an immediate life style change,...low glycemic foods are neccessary, fats are ok, really! LYME and CANDIDA The nerve toxins in these organisms is amonia based,...amonia occurrs in pockets and is very alkaline, so by taking alkaline foods you can increase the symptoms of your disease and interfere with nerve transmition. This explains why people with lyme actaully feel worse after eating certain fruits. Candida loves sugar as well so if you are alkaline oriented using fruits you will only make your disease worse. Carrots are a big misnomer,...high sugar they contain.
