Guest guest Posted February 2, 2006 Report Share Posted February 2, 2006 Hi, This morning I done Yoga Fusion Power and then copied from Kathy and done I Want Those Abs and I done both programs. These are tough ab workouts, especially the second program. I had to modify a bit on some of the second program, I was not only feeling it in my abs but in my back too. Tonight I'm doing cardio!!!!
