Maybe I will do Tough Cardio Mix in the morning! Kathy Wed evening workout Hi, This evening I done a fun mix even though my knee's started to bother me. I done Super Cardio Mix, but I left out all the step sections (done step yesterday) then I done the last half of Tough Cardio Mix (not doing the step sections) This was an hour and 5 minutes total and I burned 463 calories. For some reason I am burning a lot more calories with this new HRM and I'm not sure why. I'm glad of course, but I wonder why there is such a big difference. Anyway, this was a fun mix when you don't want to do step. I'm really itching to do get back into Cathe's weight workouts, but I'm going to finish out my Firm workouts for this month and them I'm ready for DOMS lol Have a nice night!! Wed evening workout This evening I didn't think I was going to, but I got Body Blast Timesaver #3 in. I didn't do the weights twice because I got started late. This was a good one.
