Guest guest
I have that rebounder workout and by the sounds of it REALLY need to try it. It sounds greeat Carolyn!I had a crappy morning. Had to fight with my dvd player on a dvd that it wouldn't recognize.. I don't know if it were scratchd lightly or what, it works fine in my other player. Then I finally decided to do 's kitchen sink conditioning which is okay (never got the other to work), but I wish it were more cardio, and after snapping myself once with my tubing, I ended up breaking them and was snapped everywhere - OUCH AND LOTSA SWEAR WORDS! UGH.. Now I have a few welts from my feet to my sides. Dumb things. I was using 's tae-bo bands.... I ended up cutting the workout off at the 35 minute mark cuz it was focussing to much on upper body which I didn't need to do. I burned 314 calories doing it. Afterwards I did the lower body premix of Pymid Lower Body. First time I did that one as well, I liked it, however I left my barbell at 37 pounds instead of going up the pyramid... I should have changed, maybe I will next time. I burned 314 calories doing it, more calores than my supposed cardio workout..LOL.. Now I'm waiting for Dora to get over so I can do a 20 minute core workout and I'll call it a day DaryOn 3/1/06, Carolyn or Visser <pvisser@...> wrote: Donna M-P wrote:> Thanks for the review!you are most welcome! i wanted to add that i also did the first 5min ab workout on 'shape your abs'. it went by very fast and wasnot very difficult... then i did the 10 min stretch on 'the biggest loser' workout.:*carolyn.
