Guest guest
When painting the band, use non-toxic acrylic paints, these dry very quickly. Whenever I painted my twins' bands, I would sponge paint it. I just liked the effect better that way because whenever I used a brush it would leave streaks, but that's because I am very artistically challenged! Depending on what look I was going for on the bands, I used either stickers or rub-on transfers. Sometimes the larger ones would crease or flip up because of the curvature of the band. But the majority of the time, if you apply an acrylic varnish, that will help keep things on. Personally, I liked to change the looks of the bands frequently, so I didn't apply tond of the varnish. But if you decide there is a design you want to keep, you might want to apply the varnish weekly to help protect it from bumps and cleanings. And I always wrote the twins' names on their bands using glitter glue pens. Hope this helps some!
