I hate to bother you all with this. My mom is the expert in cleaning

and I can't get a hold of her, and I need help asap.

How in the world can I clean poop out of a plush carpet without

spreading it around and making more of a mess?

Apparently, sometime after I put the twins up for a nap, Kaylie did a

massive poop (sorry to be graphic) She took off her pants and

diaper, and it looks like her and Danny had a blast painting the

nursery with it. Not only was it all over the beds, stuffed animals,

woodwork, rocker, and dresser...but they also pulled all of the

clothes out of two drawers and there is poop over most of those

clothes now. I can get all that stuff cleaned no problem, besides I

was looking for a good reason to trash some of those stuffed

animals. But there are poopie footprints all over the room, and in

some places there is quite more than just a footprint. My hubby has

the van so I can't run to the store to rent a steamcleaner just right

now. This carpet is relatively new so I really want to try to

restore it to its original shape (and smell!) Any advice would be

more than greatly appreciated.

OMG Niki (poor you)!!

I am sorry i have no good advice but i really feel for you. What a mess to

clean up. The little darlings can get up to anything can't they. I have this

mental image in my mind of what it looks like!

Let us know how you get on and i am sure you will need a long relaxing

bubble bath for yourself afterwards. This is one day you won't forget for a

while just remember to tell the twins when they are 16 what they got

upto!!!LOL

Take care and good luck cleaning

Oh Niki - I just had to share that one with my dh - that is so completely

gross, but hysterically funny. Sorry, I don't mean to laugh at your pain!

Also, I'm definitely no Heloise so I won't be able to help with that! Hope

that you're able to get it out!!

a kid our neighbor left the same surprise for my mom in her bathroom- smeared

it all over the walls and everywhere! Poor moms! I hope for my sake it

skips a generation ;)
