First Health paid

Well my husband got a call today that First Health approved the DOC

Band. We are not for sure yet how much they will pay. We are

expecting 80/20. We couldn't be more thrilled. This was our second

time to file. The first time they said they could not find medical

necessity. So we went to a neurosurgeon and he wrote a letter for

us. Also insurance had a ped. review it this time. This has all

been perfect timing. We have McKenna's casting on Wednesday and we

will get her helmet July 10th. Also I would really like to get

together with everyone from the metroplex for lunch. I will be

starting back to work on August 9th and then my mom will be taking

her to CT. So anytime before then. I am so excited. I got my job

back that I had 6 years ago. I will be teaching first grade again in

the same school I was at with the same teacher I worked with before.

I couldn't ask for anything better.

Thank you so much Debbie. I feel like I am going home on 2 counts. Back to my hometown and back to my first teaching job. It is so nice to be around supportive friends and family going through all of this. Insurance is going to pay 80%.
