Guest guest Posted March 4, 2006 Report Share Posted March 4, 2006 Wednesday I received my BodyRing & BodyCircles kits & dvds. The Ring is for the inner thighs (and upper body too) the Circles are for the arms. I did that workout last night. It's 8 minutes long and it's a series of circular motions and stretches. Both arms extend either sideways or straightout and gentle circular motion turns the Circles. By the end of the workout my arms felt sore, YES! Targeting different areas of the arm is based on palm positon. Facing the palm backwards targeted the triceps. Lets just say that I have to work on my control. Circles went flying, my little guy had to run a few times, Susie knew better to stay on the sofa. At least this is one piece of equipment the dogs won't want to play with. All in all, I like the workout. The DVD itself was boring< it's a voiceover type and I find those to by very dry/instructional. After I master the Circles I probably won't even use the DVD, I'll just add the Circles to the end of a Pilates workout. The istructor is Ana Caban. Tomorrow I'm going to try her 60 min BodyRing workout. An added and unexpected bonus was a $10 gift certificate from Gaiam to be used on a future purchase.
