Kia the sweating should reduce they adjust to having the helmet on. It is

helpful to have a fan running at all times wether it be celing or table top

oscillating and they have clip on fans that I put on s stroller that is

battery operated and foamy blades that was helpful for us. NO SOCKS OR SHOES

and dress lighter than normal-inside when you can in the AC of course. As far

as the beach talk to your ortho to see what they suggest but if there is any

chance of salt water and sand invading it then I would say leave it at home

while you go to the beach you don't want that getting messed up so better be

safe than sorry. I think for vacation you will be fine if you go over your

hour a little bit but just don't make a habit of it:-) I hope you have a

great vacation we are going to DUCK, NC in July too bad it wasn't the same

time we could have had dinner.

Hi ,

I'm glad to hear that you've seen improvement without the helmet. I'd love to see pictures regardless of how she got the improvement. I just love looking at adorable little ones. I don't know anything about hydrocephalus. Perhaps you will get some useful info from someone else on that topic. Keep us posted on Lauryn!

Her forehead is getting less protruding because of her growth but, she has hydrocephalus but, very mild but, want to think of doing shunt to see if that helps any. Shunts scare me though. Do you know much about this? HUGS, For more plagio info
