I don't want to laugh at your misery by any means, but that post

cracked me up.

Cigna is absolutely clueless. I'm always amazed to hear some of

these insurance nightmares.

I really wish I could offer you some help or even advice, but I don't

HAVE ALL OF MY BACK UP " If they do this I'm done!!!! Cooked!!!! they

have none of my drs letters or my research .... I'm sorry I am going

to go and get in a good cry and take some advil my head is going to

explode in all of 3 seconds.

Trisha, I might have some vicadon left over from my c-section. Can I drop it by this afternoon?

On the bright side, if they do skip right to the level 2 appeal, then you are that much closer to an external review and you don't have to go through all the crap that I'm doing right now for the level 2 appeal. To be honest, they disregarded all my research on the level 1 appeal anyway, and we're just going through the motions on this appeal and waiting for the next step. Hang it there! We're going to beat them eventually, and oh how sweet it will be. I'm already planning on throwing a party when we get our money back, and everyone on this board is invited!

The Attorney is out of town!!! just my luck!!! I typed up another letter and faxed it to them and I was very clear that neither letter was an appeal and the first one clearly stated it...I showed it to my sister and she was like are they idiots and cant read the last paragraph....I simply said "yes dear they are idiots...." Yes...will you drop it by??? me a bottle of wine a couple of vicadin sounds like a plan...sorry I dosed off there...now I'm back...I see where you are coming from on the external appeal but I dont know what to do...I still have no "Official Denial Letter" so I have no clue as to what they are denying me for...I can send you a copy of the letter I send actuall I would love to send it to see what you think about all of their problems....let me know it thats ok...sigh well I'm going to try to skip out of here....Trisha

Jeez - what a bunch of LOSERS!!! Oh I would be fuming right now as well. I

wouldn't let them do the Level two appeal without my stuff though - can you

tell them where they can put their advice and that you will be handling your

Level Two Appeal yourself?!
