Guest guest
>I'm even thinking of cancelling out PT apt next week, especially since we have to pay 20% and the first eval is $500. ann... Does NJ have an Early Intervention program? Somebody has likely told you about it already, but in the event they haven't...look into it. It is a government funded program for children (birth-3yrs). A physical therapist will actually be coming to our house to do an evaluation on Abby. They have 45 days to schedule with you, but since we actually have a prescription for PT from the doc, they'll be coming this week. It is funded 100%. We pay nothing for the evaluation and subsequent therapy. Good luck...and have fun decorating! Christy (mom to Abby ~ 3 months and 10 days NY PS: We'll be coming your way next week to the Paramus CT. Guest guest
Christy, I checked into EI and from the questions the PT asked me, they didn't feel would qualify. He has to be delayed 33% in one area and 25 % in 2 or more areas. is sitting extremely well and has been since 6.5 months. He is also starting to move around on his tummy now, since the tort exercieses I have been doing with him. I think I will still keep the apt just to be sure. The PT that will eval him is also with EI so if he could quality, she will know. Thanks for the info. Are you going for the consult with CT? I'm sorry, I don't remember. Where are you coming from? There is lots of traffic in Paramus so if you can, travel in non-rush hour. When is your appt? We are going on Wed at 9:45 for to get his band. ann/ NJ > Message: 7 > Date: Mon, 24 Jun 2002 05:01:58 -0000 > From: " christyludwig " <christyludwig@...> > Subject: Re: Decorating tips... > > >I'm even thinking of cancelling out PT apt next week, especially > since we have to pay 20% and the first eval is $500. > > ann... > Does NJ have an Early Intervention program?
