Weigh-in: Sunday April 16, 2006January 1, 2006: *200.6*LAST WEEK'S WEIGHT: 204THIS WEEK'S WEIGHT: 203LBS LOST OR GAINED THIS WEEK: LOSS of 1 lb thisweek.MILEAGE (based on 1 mile = 15 mins): 12 miles approx.TOTAL MINUTES OF EXERCISE: 180 minutesGOAL WEIGHT: 120 lbs I lost another pound this week! YIPPEE!!! I still have my sinus infection which takes care of my appetite but I will live. Got rid of TOM so I'm happy about that! Tomorrow (Tuesday) I'm going to start

walking again. This week is my last week of tutoring for 2 or 3 weeks so I will have more time and less excuses for not working out. I've been eating better and have been cutting down on my diet coke and drinking more skim milk.
