I found Dr. Graham at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center website. I e-

mailed him with a question and he sent back the article I have posted

in the files folder titled Torticollis 4-16-02. The PT at the clinic

in Cleveland also mentioned Dr. Graham and his work which is why I

thought he may be related to Cranial Tech. He also specifically

mentions the DOC Band.
