Hi!

I made it through Monday - pretty well. After DH and

DD went to sleep I stayed up and read - that is

usually where I run into the night time munchies

(which often turns into a full scale binge, I think

it is the relaxation thing) , I opted for a serving of

yogurt cheerios (you can tell I have a toddler, I have

every kind of cheerios known to man in my house) in a

bowl w/ no milk. Since cheerios are nice and small,

and there are quite a few in the 3/4 cup serving, I

managed pretty well. I believe the calorie damage was

only 100-150 calories, so not bad. I'll have to use

this strategy again. And, the yogurt cheerios are

pretty good - slightly sweet in a fruity way - I also

like honey nut....Goldfish crackers are also good

since you get quite a few of them in a serving.

Today, however, I'm starving. Do you guys find that

after being good for a day the next day you are

famished? I've already had two breakfasts...but, I

guess it is better to fill up earlier in the day than

to eat it all at night..... (I hope)

take care!

Donna

Have you tried a cheese ball and crackers when you have the munchies? It's such a hassle to get the cheese chipped out and on the cracker that I can only eat a handful before I'm tired of messing with it and can move on to some other activity. LOL
