Guest guest
Hi! I done a really fun combo tonight. It is better to have 2 DVD players to do this workout. I doubt you could do it too well taking each DVD out and waiting for it to start up. This is what I done: Kick Max (KM)- warm up and combo 1 Step, Jump & Pump (SJP) hi/lo # 1 KM- combo 2 SJP hi/lo # 2 KM- combo 3 SJP hi/lo # 3 KM- combo 4 SJP hi./lo 4, abs and stretch (of course I have to do the abs segment ANYTIME I do any part of SJP. total time: 1 hr 5 minutes. This was so fun. My HR dropped quite a bit on Kick Max so putting those hi/lo segments in the middle really made the workout more of a challenge and a lot of fun. I burned 448 calories. This one is going in my book for a future floor cardio workout!! Off to watch American Idol! Have a nice night.

Yes, you probably could do that, but I know the Firm Classics don't record. They have a security thing on them, but I think the newer ones will. I am hoping the ones I just bought will tape so I can put them on DVD.
Guest guest
I love, love, love all your combos!!! This sound great. I'm wondering if it would be possible to transfer some of the " parts " on to a VHS tape so that you wouldn't have to load and re-load your DVD player - that is assuming you still have a VHS player. In my main workout area I have a single DVD player and a VCR, so for me to do this, I'd probably try to tape either the KM or SJ & P parts on to a VHS tape so I could more easily go from one to the other.
