Guest guest Posted February 9, 2006 Report Share Posted February 9, 2006 I just completed this workout today. NOt sure what I think of it. It was okay. Very short though. It was barely 25 minutes. I burned 296 calories wearing my 2lb hand weights (each hand) and giving it my all. Jillian is kind of dorky in it. There are maybe 6 others working out with her. There were jumping jacks, jump rope and then just basic kicbox moves. It didn't seem to flow the best. The music was instrumental. I will use the workout again, I'm sure.
