Guest guest
This is great, . We're in the middle of writing our second level appeal, and I think we might use this to help make our "began in utero" argument. Gail, Sam and Sara's mom, DOC grads Torticollis and Related Issues This was on the tort board yesterday. It was written by someone who actually knows what he is talking about! Guest guest
, Thank you so much for sending that article- I think that was the best one I have read yet that correlates plagio and tort- and discusses more importantly so many factors and variables that can cause tort. This is the first article I have read that discussed the trauma that can occur to the shortened muscle at birth- this is what I was told from the beginning happened and that was what created the blood mass (or lump) in our case- although the lump can also consist of other elements. So, thanks for sharing that! ' Mom
