This is great, . We're in the middle of writing our second level appeal, and I think we might use this to help make our "began in utero" argument.

This was on the tort board yesterday. It was written by someone who actually knows what he is talking about!

It connects tort and plagio. Hopefully dr. in the medical community will take it seriously.

Thank you so much for sending that article- I think that was the best one I

have read yet that correlates plagio and tort- and discusses more importantly

so many factors and variables that can cause tort. This is the first article

I have read that discussed the trauma that can occur to the shortened muscle

at birth- this is what I was told from the beginning happened and that was

what created the blood mass (or lump) in our case- although the lump can also

consist of other elements. So, thanks for sharing that!
