Kia:

I can tell you are feeling better about this today. That's great. I

am glad you rec'd such good references about Cole's orthotist & his

experience.

My daughter rec'd her band just before she learned to crawl, I

definitely loved having her wear it for protection! It protected her

from many bumps & bruises.

Hopefully the band will make it in before the weekend. Let us know

when you do receive it.

Debbie,

You're so great about responding to posts and offering

encouragement. I really appreciate it!

I am feeling better today. Cole was cast last Tuesday (june 3), so I

was hoping he'd be in his band by this Friday (june 14). But I

called the ortho, who called the manufacturer, and the helmet should

be shipped Monday or Tuesday (17th or 18th). It looks like we won't

get it until Tuesday or Wednesday of next week (they did tell me 10

days to 2 weeks initially, but I was really hoping for 10 days, and

it looks like it will be 2 weeks). I guess a few more days won't

matter (except for my sanity and my husband's. I'm driving everyone

crazy by going up at least 10 times in the middle of the night to

roll Cole back onto his side. He is so determined to sleep directly

on the flat back of his head!).
