hi eva! we sure do! we get all of the shows from the USA plus all

of the Canadian shows, so we have lots of fun up here with the tv :)

aw, heck! i am sorry to hear that you dont like jillian's workouts.

i have not tried them but do have them in my rental queue. yours

is not the first bad review that ive read about them, unfortunately :(

well, now, that is a good feature of the dvds!! i dont think that

any other dvds offer that. and it is indeed interesting. so, do

you think that these logs will be of any use to you? is there a way

to share them with us? heh heh ;)

Hi Carolyn,

I watched one of the Biggest Winner videos again. I am Tying to

make it work ....

......you gave me a great idea (in another post) about using the

rebounder for the high intensity.

....that may work for me and I'll just have to modify a few other

moves and I am going to give it a chance. I like variety anyway.

I probably will not use the log that came with it since I have a

calendar I write my workouts on and like keeping track of it on a

weekly basis.

I Would love to share the

JM_workoutChart,JM_WorkoutDIET,JM_WorkoutCardiochart --- they are

pdf files.

How do I add it to this post? I am new at this.

or would I email it?

oh, most definately! i keep my rebounder in my workout area, so if

any cardio move requires any kind of impact, i can just jump on there

and do it. it has been a lifesaver for me! there are so many

workouts that i cannot do because they arent no/low impact.... but

with the rebounder, i can do almost all of them! man, i love that

thing! it has spoiled me though... i refuse to even do jumping

jacks on the floor now and will certainly not run/jog in place on the

floor now either.

well, you could email them to one of us and we could upload them to

this group's 'files' section, if you like.

that would be so very nice of you to share them with us! you are a

sweetie!

my address is pvisser@...

so just compose a new email, put my address in the 'to' field and

then use the 'attach' button (or something similar in your email

program... i dont know which program you use). you will then be

asked to locate the files on your computer (or on the dvd itself) in

order to attach them to the message. so click on each filename and

then hit 'send'

dummy me....I am new to this message posting stuff. I have to check

out that left column a little better. :-) FILES

I was able to get the files uploaded.

There are four of them...

Fitness Article

Maybe someone can use the charts...Also the fitness article was on

the DVD.

Enjoy...gotta go get a sweat going, Then I am going to Walmart to

get a rebounder..I gave my old one away...what was I thinking.
