Guest guest
Hi , I think the best thing for you to do now is just get as much rest as possible - don't worry about formal exercise - you're getting plenty of functional exercise from your daily activities. It doesn't sound like your body is ready for anything more right now and pushing it will only slow your recovery or cause a relapse (I know, this has happened to me before) Hang in there - your workout tapes/DVDs will be waiting for you when you're fully recovered. After you feel stronger, I would suggest starting really slowly and taking extra rest days. Take care and I hope you feel better soon. No wonder you have been down - being sick is the pits and it seems that you've been down and out with something for quite awhile now.
