Guest guest Posted April 12, 2006 Report Share Posted April 12, 2006 Hi, This morning I did Muscle Max Lower Body only premix, I then done 10 minutes solution yoga(yoga burn and flexibility) I could've done 2 sets lower body like I did yesterday with the upper body, but I've learned that too much lower body makes my pants feel tight around my thighs so I've decided to back off on a lot of the leg work, especially standing stuff with the bar. In fact, I've decided to not go over 30lbs for squats and plies. They say rain today, but the sun is out and it's beautiful here, so I'll take it.
