I think the > options are like, 8, 16, 24, 32 etc. hi paula!! i think that what donna was asking was... between each one minute exercise, is there a screen (with a picture or words on it) that comes up as the dvd positions itself to the next exercise? this tends to wreck the flow of a workout, having breaks like that in there, and having one every minute could be a real drag. or do the 1 minute segments flow into each other, so you cant tell that the workout is in little snippets ? thanks for the info! :*carolyn.
