My sons both have the DOC Band from Cranial Technologies - Atlanta. My insurance company has denied and I am fighting with an appeal. The cost for each helmet is $3,000.00, this includes the helmet and the weekly or bi-weekly visits. The price is all inclusive. They are working with me on a payment plan - thank goodness.

try this link- I thin it all depends on the helmet and the provider for the cost and payment plan option but they range from 700- 4000.
