First off Thanks to all who replied...secondly I feel like some of you think I am sue happy...that is one thing I am not...I will say I am an emotional person and I am so emotionally broken down at the moment because of this...my husband has not lifted a finger here and I am busting my butt working 2 jobs and taking care of my family and trying to work on this appeal stuff....As I stated yesterday I LOVE my doctors....they are awesome and I am NOT going after them I asked what ya'll thought because I felt so uneasy about it....I called and told my cousins attorney I WILL NOT sue the drs....and I'm not using him....He is a money hungry vulcher and I'm not...I may need money but not at the expence of my dr's reputations when I know they are great....Cigna is trying to really mess with me and I do want to get them to pay....if this means sueing Cigna then by all means that is what I will do....for the principal for all the other kids and parents in my shoes....I am not good at doing letters I am not good at reading comprehention (dyslexia) so this has been very hard for me to do especially alone thats one reason I want to use an attorney to help me w/ letters...I have printed a ton of things and have quite a few letters to use as a guideline but I am just scared I am going to mess something up....Anyways....sorry if I offened anyone....because I didnt mean to....I am just a mommy fighting for my son thats scared and stressed.....Trisha
