Wait a minute...Braeden just got his band???!!!! They're saying only

about a month to go?????????? That's terrific terrific news! I'm so

happy for you. And he's done with his tort PT? WOW.....And your

friend had a baby boy? Wish her congratulations from all of us!

Such great news all around for you.....would be a perfect day if you

would've gotten insurance approval, that's yet to come!

He actually got his band May 15, 2002...he has had so much growth

that the back part of the band they have almost take out as much as

they can w/o hitting the plastic. His head is just looking so pretty

it may stink but its pretty...I just cant wait to see the finished

product...I also go all of my appeal stuff done and I CC: the

attorney Bill Fynes to get his view and he said it looks GREAT...he

said there wasnt much more he could add to it or do to it that if

Cigna denies us again we can just take it to court and trust me I

have NO problem suing Cigna....OH....I told my cousins friend I was

NOT going to sue either of my drs because I in my heart felt it wasnt

the thing to do and they didnt know that Braeden would have this and

he wouldnt be needed....I just dont want a sue happy attorney....by I

will try to kick some Cigna A$$!!! Also I just found out my neighbor

worked for the DA here before she had her baby and she wanted to look

at it all...so hopefully it will go out Monday....what a load off of

my shoulders....I feel like I just lost 100 lbs... ( I wish ) Hugs

I'm so happy for your family It's like magic watchign the DOCband

do it's thing isn't it? I still don't understand it all - I don't

understand how a fax machine works either, all I know is it works!

I have NO doubt you'll take Cigna to court if need be. You get em
