Guest guest
heather, Congrats on the new baby! Check out this link, the tort lady on board gave it to me and it has some really good tort exercises! http://www.orthoseek.com/articles/ifs-left.html > Hi! Guest guest
Hi ! Congratulations on your daughter! How old is she? What's her name? All that good stuff women love to hear! I see replied with a link, I am sure will probably have more links too if needed. I'm sure you don't want to go thru the drives & banding all over again. We've actually had some prior members re-join our group recently after having another baby they've noticed with slight plagio. It's great you are so on top of it already. Guest guest
, Remember TUMMY TIME, TUMMY TIME, TUMMY TIME. I'm sure you already know but it helps so much with working out the neck not to mention rounding out the head. Pattie
