Congrats on the new baby! :)

Check out this link, the tort lady on board gave it to me and

it has some really good tort exercises!

Hi !

Congratulations on your daughter! How old is she? What's her name?

All that good stuff women love to hear!

I see replied with a link, I am sure will probably have

more links too if needed.

I'm sure you don't want to go thru the drives & banding all over

again. We've actually had some prior members re-join our group

recently after having another baby they've noticed with slight

plagio. It's great you are so on top of it already.

Remember TUMMY TIME, TUMMY TIME, TUMMY TIME. I'm sure you already

know but it helps so much with working out the neck not to mention

rounding out the head.
