Guest guest
Hi Darcy, Good doing on the 16 days in a row. I think I've only missed two days in Feb so far - one b/c I was sick, one b/c I was travelling. I would like to join you in a water challenge - how about we set a minimum of drinking 40 oz a day. That shouldn't be too hard! I hope..... Can we say that seltzer (sparkling water) spiked with a dash of juice or lemon slice counts? that helps me to get it in.
