The videos I did were light because I'm suppose to keep it light until after surgery and not do any ab work. The Mcs workouts were extremely beginner and led by a computer generated person who only did one side of the movements so horrible cueing and bad form. Okay for beginners, but I don't think anyone here is that much of a beginner to want to go to Mcs and have a salad just to get these workouts. But if it gets my hubby to eat a salad instead of a burger...I'll let him bring them home to me. hehe Kickbox Underground looks to be intense. I only did the warm up and was feeling it, so I can't wait until I'm finished with surgery to do the whole thing. I have to teach 4 more classes this week so my home workouts will be light again so I don't over do it before next Tuesday. Tonya
