Guest guest
By all means, you can pick my brain. I hope there is something to pick from. I have finished all my research for my level 2 appeal. We have a system at our house - I do the research and then hand it over to my hubby to write the letter. He's great at it. Then I do the proofing and get it in the mail. There was just a slight hitch in our system last night. He had the letter about 1/2 written and then asked me to find something on the computer for him. Well, I goofed and deleted his draft. Bad Gail! He wasn't mad at all, but I still felt so bad. Anyway, it should be done by Monday as well, but it won't be expedited through like it sounds like yours will be. It could be a lucky break for you. As for me, I keep making my monthly payments and we are racking up the miles on our airline visa, and when this is all done and we get our money back, maybe we'll take a nice vacation. Gail Gail I will e-mail it tomorrow its on my computer at work...I just got a call about 30 mins ago from the girl at Cigna in Ca. that has been the one helping me and told me about the level 2 appeal and all...well ....she said she told her manager to hold on to my things and not send it through and she said that she wouldnt that she was just trying to get me through the process alot quicker so me being a Smart A$$ said ... "I'd love for her to get me through this quicker and I appreciate that but she needs my back up information and my letters"...she said for me to have it sent to her personally and that her manager would sent it through with all of her information to the level 2 and national appeals...I am totally shocked .... so I have to have it all together by monday and I dont even know where to start...I will e-mail you my two letters in the morning...can I pick your brain if I need to the next couple of days..???? Thanks Trisha Gail <momofivftwins@...> wrote: Trisha, yes, send me the letter. I'd love to take a look at it and see if we can compare and swap strategies. Can you email it to momofivftwins@... ? If I can prove that Sam and Sara's plagio and tort began in utero, would it be considered a birth defect? Any thoughts? Gail, I would think this would be a good angle- here's the American Heritage College Dictionary's interpretation of birth defect: any physiological or structural abnormality present at or before birth, especially as a result of faulty development, infection, hereditary or injury. So I would think that the fact that the skull was not able to grow normally as it was cramped, would be considered a birth defect. Now, add torticollis to that, and I think that's a winner!!! The muscle was not allowed to grow normally as well so...........Now only to convince the insurance companies Good luck and go get 'em! Guest guest
Barb, You are so right. I lost my seemingly healthy husband to cancer and he was only 40. We always thought that I would be the one at risk, not him. Life has no guarantees, so enjoy each day. I agree with everyone to be honest about your disease. If love is true, it won¹t matter. a > Gail, > Hi there. Well I know that everyone has written to you about telling > your friend about your RA.
