I got up early today and the boys slept in :) Last night when I worked out, hubby watched them and then I finished up when they went to bed. I usually use my " windows of opporunity " , but am finding that I really need and want to do them in the morning so I'm not a bear and I can enjoy the rest of my day w/out worrying about finding time to do it! :)

I've done it three times now too .. Can't wait for her new workouts :) For the floorwork on legs, I just used a 12lb dumbell to increase it a bit. But the abs part is kind of silly. I mean, it is just soo short!

I'll tell you what I done on the floor work.... when she does the outer and inner thighs, I just stick with the inner thighs for both body parts. I got so sore the next day. You should try it that way. I mean you don't get the outer thighs worked, but you don't really anyway because she doesn't do them long enough and yeah, the abs is a total waste. That's ok though, I skip it and my workout is over a little quicker lol
