Hi,

I didn't workout AGAIN this morning due to having to

finish stuff up for work. Plus, I still don't feel

great. I have a f/up with my ENT for my ear (which is

finally better!) and I'm going to ask him to check me

out for a sinus infection. This cold seems to be

hanging on and I just feel run down and crummy. I

hope to kill two birds with one stone during this

office visit.

I'm really paying for being out sick on Monday at

work. This is crunch time at my job so missing one

day puts you behind a week. I'm hopefully catching

up. The danger about falling behind during this time

of year is that more keeps on coming so you never can

get yourself back up to speed without busting your

butt.

I have meetings today which I know are going to put me

behind again (just what is the purpose of a meeting

other than to talk about the work you should be doing,

not meeting about! LOL!), but at least all the extra

stuff I've been doing mornings and evenings will have

me reasonably caught up.

Did I tell you I hate the month of June at work?!

If all is quiet tonight, I would like to do some yoga

this evening. Otherwise, it is back at it tomorrow.

I plan to workout Friday, Sat & Sun with some lighter

stuff while I still recover.

Take care,

Donna
