very realistic goals, and a way to ease back in. maybe starting with

30-40 mins of cardio then building up from there. depending on how

sick you were and all, you might be surprise that it might not take

all that long to get back to where you were, but it will take some

time. glad you are feeling better though to get back into it.

btw that was cute, your kids singing the b-day song LOL. made me feel

better. i was in a foul mood yesterday for some reason and amazon was

just the straw that broke the camel's back for me but it did light up

the day for the well wishes.
