It is actually very typical for people to go through multiple appeals and

then external reviews before getting approved or, unfortunately in some

cases, ultimately denied. I agree that more is not necessarily better. Have

you checked out our files section under insurance help? There are some

successful appeals letters there. Do you have a letter of medical necessity?

That often helps.

We went through all appeal levels and were denied. Then we went to the

external review board and the denial was overturned. Stick with it and

document, document, document!
