The attys I spoke with said I couldn't get reimbursed for legal

fees. I can't really chance spending much more money. We might

just take the Cleveland Clinic to small claims court. They told us

to lay Dane only on his right side. I'm very apprehensive about

doing that, but they won't say anything about it. I want to make

sure that they stop telling parents to do that without at least

warning them of plagio. They make helmets there. They should know

better!
