Today I just wanted to stay on the floor so I went with Firm - Lower Body workout which is 30 minutes of floor work from Firms Volumes 1,2,3,5 & 6. I followed that with Firm More 5 Day abs day 2 from Fat Blaster and finished with Caribbean workout Core Pilates - Core and Lower Body routine. That was around one hour of lower body torture!
