I am in south-central NJ - parallel to Philadelphia. It's been quite warm and humid. I am looking forward to the cooler weather that is coming this weekend too!

Hi Kathy, where do you live? I'm in Michigan and it was 93 degrees over the holiday. It has finally gone down to the 80's and will be in the 70's over the weekend...FINALLY so that I can plant my flowers. Jen>> Dying with this hot weather! No central air - only air in our bedroom. A nice varied workout alternating the step with four limbed aerobics followed by a 6 minute standing leg routine and 6 minutes of ab work. I forgot how much I liked this workout.> > Off to work soon.
