Hi Kathy, where do you live? I'm in Michigan and it was 93

degrees over the holiday. It has finally gone down to the 80's and

will be in the 70's over the weekend...FINALLY so that I can plant my

flowers.

> Today called for cardio so I turned my fan up high and did Firm

BSS2 Maximum Cardio Burn plus Abs with Allie. A nice varied workout

alternating the step with four limbed aerobics followed by a 6 minute

standing leg routine and 6 minutes of ab work. I forgot how much I

liked this workout.

> Off to work soon. Gotta get the kids up for school. It's supposed

to go up to 95 today which should feel cooler than than 98 we had

yesterday!
