Wednesday- Mindy Extreme Intervals

Hi,

This evening I did Mindy M. Extreme Intervals. I did the whole workout this time. I was going to do just the step, but wanted to see what calorie burn I got by doing the whole thing.

As far as the intensity of this workout and comparing it to Cathe, I would say I get more winded with any of the 3 Imax workouts then I did with this one. It seemed like the intervals would just start to get me winded and then she was finished. Some of them I about tripped on my step because she jumps on and around the step on a few of them and some of her moves were confusing to me. In fact, I turned my ankle on one of them where you jump over the step and back.

I did burn a whopping 472 calories, but again... didn't feel like I did.

Mindy is tolerable for sure, but man is she a jibber jabber and I should count some time how many times she says "oh my Gosh" lol that doesn't really bother me as much as her calling her background people Twiddle Dee and Twiddle Doo or something like that lol

Mindy's workouts are definitely keepers for me and I plan to purchase more of her. She is nice change from doing Cathe all the time even with all her yipping.

Great burn ! :) Yes Mindy surely is a jibber-jabberer... I'm glad that you think you can tolerate her now. She has a lot of workouts out there, and I think they are all wonderful. I find that her strength workouts are more cardio than strength though for me. The ones I've tried anyway. I like her more for cardio. In her all about abs and all about legs videos I don't think she's nearly as chatty....

This morning I did Powermax, which I liked. I couldn't get the last step routine down perfectly, but I managed to do just fine anyway. This afternoon I snuck downstairs and did Fat Free, which was okay. A nice change of pace, I guess. But doubt I will do it too often. Now I just finished up Jiggle Free Abs. I waited until Jimmy got home. I didn't think it was too difficult either, but I did really like it. I'm liking my transfirmer and hope that they come out with more workouts using it.

I've been thinking about getting the all about legs, you have those?? If so, are they good?

Yes, I have them and like them. All about legs if I remember correctly is broke into 3 15 minute workouts. One uses med ball, one uses stability ball and one no weights I believe. I will have to review it again though . I've only done it once.
