Guest guest Posted June 10, 2006 Report Share Posted June 10, 2006 good afternoon all, rough week with getting yoga in back have been spending alot of time in the pool, so i have been getting some good exercise in and the pool helps my tight back alot. eating has been so-so but have been getting veggies in alot. SUN-Rhythmic Step 38 min yoga shakti mix MON-Legs of Steel with Gilad TUES-Pilates' Sculpt and Tone's Pilates Flow and Total Body Workout with Ring 17 mins random upper body exercises with stretch while watching the news 38 min yoga shakti mix WEDS-Carb Burner's Carb Killer, 25 min run, 12 min power walk Yoga Zone Fat Burning Segment 2 THURS-Cathe's High Step Circuit FRI-The Firm's Tough Aerobic Mix SAT-Awesome Strength with Mindy Mylrea will attempt some yoga later, probably shakti. the pool really tires me out so when i get back and finish up after dinner i just want to crash. have a great weekend kassia __________________________________________________ Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
