good afternoon all, rough week with getting yoga in back have been spending alot of time in the pool, so i have been getting some good exercise in and the pool helps my tight back alot. eating has been so-so but have been getting veggies in alot. Mylrea will attempt some yoga later, probably shakti. the pool really tires me out so when i get back and finish up after dinner i just want to crash. have a great weekend kassia __________________________________________________
